Mascis and the band had an automobile accident June 17 in Sweden. J. is in the hospital with two broken vertebrae in his back but will be well enough to be released early this week. The rest of the band suffered cuts and bruises but are all okay. Needless to say, the remainder of the tour has been cancelled.
