
SINGAPORE (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Philly-based venue management firm Global Spectrum has announced that it has been selected to join a consortium of firms working to develop and manage a new sports hub in Singapore.
According to Billboard, The $1.25 billion dollar project will include a 55,000 seat stadium, built with a retractable roof, an office building, retail space, a 500 room hotel a museum, a library and a refurb of the existing 12,000 seat arena as part of the 87-acre site.
The consortium is led by Dragages Singapore and other partners include Pico, HSBC Infrastructure Fund and United Premas Pte. Ltd. Other partners include World Sport Group, Arup Sport, DP Architects, ARM Asia, Shatec, Fraser Centrepoint and Genting International. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
