 
			   			   
                Prior to his upcoming US August tour, pop vocalist, composer and arranger Michael
Feinstein will showcase his new album, Michael Feinstein
  with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra on "The Today Show," May 8.
On tour, Feinstein will be backed by a full orchestra and perform a  set of classic
songs from the album. Feinstein brought in conductor/pianist Alan Broadbent to pen
new arrangements for the orchestra. The songs
include such classic hits as "Stormy
  Weather,"
  "On A Clear Day You Can See Forever," "The Best Is Yet To
  Come." and many
  other gems from the great American composers Jerome Kern, Sammy
  Cahn, Frank
  Loesser, Cole Porter, Irving Berlin, George Gershwin and
  others.  
  Michael Feinstein with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra was
  produced by
  Allen Sviridoff and Leslie Ann Jones for the Concord Records
  label.
The tour is
  being booked by Ted Kurland Associates, Feinstein's exclusive
