Don Henley and Glenn Frey, founding members of The Eagles, have been sued by longtime Eagles guitarist Don Felder. Felder filed a lawsuit Feb. 9 in Los Angeles Superior Court against the two, claiming he was wrongly fired three days earlier.
The suit demands an accounting of all business transactions made by Eagles Ltd., the group's business arm, since Felder joined in 1974, including record royalties and revenue from touring and merchandise.
According to the lawsuit, "Despite each being a one-third owner of Eagles Ltd., Henley and Frey have consistently treated Felder as a subordinate, with complete disregard for his rights." The suit also seeks to liquidate Eagles Ltd.
