An agreement to settle the long-standing lawsuits between Clear Channel
Communications and Inside Radio has been reached. M Street Publications, a partially owned
and independently run subsidiary of Clear Channel, will acquire Inside Radio. Its operation includes a
daily fax, daily e-mails, Web site and weekly publication, Who Owns What.
Financials for the acquisition or the settlement were not disclosed.
Tom Taylor, editor of M Street Daily, was editor of Inside Daily for eight years
prior to starting M Street in 1997. Inside Radio editor Jerry del Colliano is leaving
the publishing business and will teach at the University of Southern California.
