This year's City of Hope Spirit of Life Award dinner on October 11 will feature performances by Mary J Blige, Jon Bon Jovi, Roger Daltrey, Melissa Etheridge, Vince Gill, Amy Grant, Jonny Lang, Shelby Lynne, Smokey Robinson, Richie Sambora, Sisqo and The Temptations, among others, singing classic Motown tunes.
Staged on the Universal Studios back lot, the dinner/concert will benefit the City of Hope Medical Center. Edgar Bronfman Jr., Vivendi Universal executive vice chairman will be honored at the event.
