Britney Spears is about to become a restaurateur in New York City with Nyla, her new eatery, in the new Dylan Hotel on East 41st Street. She will be a co-owner of the moderately priced American bistro to be run by Bobby Ochs. Nyla, scheduled to open by the end of May, is taken from the names New York and Louisiana, her home state. The eatery was going to be called Pinkey, her nickname from former boyfriend Justin Timberlake
