CelebrityAccess has learned that promoter Jack Boyle, chairman of Clear Channel Entertainment's music division, will become chairman emeritus, getting out of the day-to-day activities of the music division.
In 1998 Boyle sold his Cellar Door Companies to SFX Entertainment (now Clear Channel Entertainment) for $106 million. No replacement will be named; Rodney Eckerman and Irv Zuckerman remain co-presidents.
