PARIS (CelebrityAccess) – Pete Doherty has been arrested in Paris for the second time this week, according to the Paris prosecutor’s office.
The former Libertines and Babyshambles frontman was arrested Sunday for “violence by a person in a manifest state of intoxication.”
Doherty was previously detained in Paris’ Pigalle district, the night of Thursday-Friday after police caught him trying to purchase cocaine.
The most recent incident took place a mere day after Doherty was released from custody.
Since rising to fame in the 2000s, Doherty has repeatedly landed himself in trouble with the law, facing a number of drug-related offenses over the years.
