In this position, she will focus on enhancing opportunities for the company’s diverse roster, which includes acts like Djo, Metric, The Black Angels, Ben Abraham, Phosphorescent, Karina Rykman, Finn Wolfhard, Durry, and Ill Peach.
Jeffries brings a wealth of experience from her previous role at TikTok, where she led the Music Partnerships and Operations team. During her time there, she spearheaded notable campaigns, including an award-winning collaboration with Rosalia and Columbia Records for the MOTOMAMI album. She also developed a strong partnership with Taylor Swift, working on projects like Red (Taylor’s Version), Midnights, and the unique tour hub for The Eras Tour.
With nearly two decades in the music industry, Jeffries has demonstrated a passion for music discovery, artist advocacy, and leveraging direct-to-fan channels to build lasting communities. Her career began at Sony Music, where she initially focused on bringing music to non-traditional retail venues before shifting to emerging digital marketplaces. She also spent time at SoundCloud, leading the label partnerships team and helping artists deepen their engagement with the platform’s tools and community.
Stern Management has been on a winning streak recently, with standout releases from Metric and Djo. Djo’s track “End of Beginning” saw remarkable success, reaching No.11 on the Billboard Hot 100, No. 4 on the official UK singles chart, and eventually topping the Spotify Global roundup. The song has been certified double platinum by the RIAA and has amassed over 1 billion streams worldwide.
