That leadership style has been such an essential part of my growth here, as well as the success of our clients. I am thrilled to continue providing our creative team with the kind of autonomy and mentorship I have been granted over the past six years. Our A&R team comprises inspired, hardworking, and dynamic individuals who each bring a contagious energy to the table. The quality of our creative work is a defining factor of our business, and our reputation within the creative community speaks for itself in that way. I commend Scott, Josh, and Ashley for nurturing a culture of support for both our writers and our staff, and thank them for their belief in me.”
