LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess)—Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, has been sued by his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, accusing him of sexual harassment and wrongful termination. Several US media outlets reveal Pisciotta was hired in 2021 as his “Executive/Personal Assistant” with a $1 million annual salary, contingent on being available to him “24-7,” a provision Pisciotta accepted.

According to documents from The Blast, Pisciotta, who has worked in the music industry for 15 years, collaborated with West on season one of his Yeezy women’s fashion line and contributed to three songs on his 2021 album Donda. She also earned an additional $1 million from her OnlyFans account.

The lawsuit claims that in 2022, West asked Pisciotta to delete her OnlyFans account in exchange for $1 million to be “more ‘God Like.'” Afterward, he allegedly sent her explicit messages and masturbated in front of her. One message, as reported by Rolling Stone, read: “See my problem is I be wanting to f*** but then after I f*** I want a girl to tell me how hard they been fed while I’m fing them… Then I want her to cheat on me.”

Pisciotta also alleges West would call her under the pretense of discussing work, only to masturbate during the call. She recounts an incident where West locked her in a room during a flight to Paris and masturbated under the covers while she sat nearby. In September 2022, Pisciotta was promoted to Chief of Staff for West’s companies with a promised additional $3 million salary. However, she claims she was fired the following month and offered a $3 million severance package, which she never received.

Pisciotta is suing West for sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination, as well as suing West and his Yeezy companies for fraud, unpaid wages, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The suit further alleges that West became obsessed with Pisciotta, moving into her building and continuing his harassment. She is seeking at least $4 million in damages for breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and a hostile work environment.

This lawsuit follows previous accusations against West in 2022, where he was accused of sharing explicit images of his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, with Adidas employees and showing sex tapes during job interviews. An investigation by Rolling Stone revealed these claims in an open letter by former Yeezy team members, alleging Adidas knew of West’s behavior but failed to act. Adidas terminated its partnership with West, stating, “Adidas does not tolerate hate speech and offensive behavior.”

CelebrityAccess has asked for comment, but neither Ye nor his representatives have commented on the lawsuit.
