NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) — Trey Anastasio, frontman of the legendary jam band Phish, is lined up for an eight-week virtual residency at New York’s historic Beacon Theatre.
Dubbed The Beacon Jams, the residency will feature Anastasio doing solo acoustic and electric performances and interacting with the audience every Friday at 8:00 pm ET from October 9 through November 27.
According to a press release, all proceeds from The Beacon Jams donations will go to benefit Phish’s long-running non-profit, the WaterWheel Foundation, and its new Divided Sky Fund (DSF).
The performances, produced in partnership with Madison Square Garden Entertainment and Relix Magazine, will be streamed exclusively on Amazon’s Twitch livestream platform.
