CHICAGO (CelebrityAccess) – At least one bullet struck the home of Wilco frontman Jeff Tweedy earlier this week, Chicago police have confirmed.
Tweedy and his wife, Susan Miller-Tweedy, were inside the house when the shooting took place around 2 a.m. Tuesday (Nov. 26).
According to police, the couple heard 7 – 10 loud gunshots. Police also confirmed that several neighbors called 911 as the shooting was occurring.
Tweedy’s son, Spencer, told WBBM radio the attack was “pretty scary,” but he did not believe the family had been targeted.
