MUNICH, Germany (CelebrityAccess) — CTS Eventim announced that KPS Stiftung, an investment vehicle representing founder and chief executive of Klaus-Peter Schulenberg’s stake in the company, has sold 4.2 million shares in the company to international investors.
In a statement released by CTS Eventim, CTS Eventim reported that the sold stock represented 4.375% of the voting rights of the German ticketing and entertainment giant.
Following the sale, Schulenberg’s KPS Stiftung will remain the largest shareholder with a 38.827% voting stake in CTS Eventim.
The statement noted that KPS Stiftung does not intend to further dilute its position in CTS Eventim.
