HOLLYWOOD (CelebrityAccess) – UK-based TaP Management has expanded with a brand new office in Hollywood.
The firm, which was co-founded by Ben Mawson and Ed Millett and currently reps the likes of Lana Del Rey, Dua Lipa and Ellie Goulding, has operated a small office in Vince Beach since 2012, however, has scaled up in a major way with a new homey hillside compound walking distance from the Chateau Marmont.
In a recent interview with Variety, Mawson and Millett explained that they had always envisioned a space where all the creative components of their company could come together under one relaxed, innovative and not-so-corporate roof, and feel that they’ve finally achieved that.
As part of the launch of their new digs, TaP has also revealed their latest signing to be Oscar-nominated actress Hailee Steinfeld. Steinfeld’s latest single and video, “Afterlife,” will be featured on her forthcoming Apple TV+ series “Dickinson.”
The company has also elevated René Symonds to head up A&R for TaP Publishing, and Wendy Ong to run both TaP Management as well as TaP Records, working across all artist campaigns within the U.S. Their staff, which currently consists of 40 employees internationally, includes a total of four A&R execs, a tour production manager, tour accountants and a social team.
