LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Norman Wonderly has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Creative for Warner Bros. Records.
Wonderly will be based on WBR’s Los Angeles offices and reports to the label’s Co-Chairman & COO, Tom Corson.
Wonderly, who joined WBR in 2010, most recently served as SVP of the label’s Creative Services team where he oversaw campaigns for artists including Bebe Rexha, Dua Lipa, Lil Pump, Michael Bublé, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and others.
As well, Wonderly played a role in the recent debut of WBR’s new headquarters in downtown L.A.’s Arts District. Wonderly oversaw interior decorations for the property, including selecting furniture to commissioning original murals by noted artists Shepard Fairey, Tristan Eaton, and KMNDZ (Johnny Rodriguez).
Prior to joining WBR, Wonderly spent 20 years as the publisher of Alternative Press magazine, a monthly publication that provides news and music reviews focused on the alternative rock and punk rock scenes.
