SACRAMENTO (CelebrityAccess) A massive onstage brawl at Sacramento live music venue Ace of Spades caused more than 1,000 concertgoers to spill into the streets Saturday night.

People who work along the city’s R Street and attend shows told Fox 40 News that it was unlike anything they had seen in the area.

“People were jumping off the stage3 and into the crowd,” attendee Sam Cecil said. “People were trying to get onto the stage. It was, like, low-key a brawl.”

The performance was for rap group SOB x RBE, based out of Vallejo, Calif., and signed to Def Jam. Cecil said it began with people onstage fighting, eventually causing more than a thousand attendees to flee the building.

“I know they’re from the Bay and they’re pretty hard but a full-on brawl is kind of a lot,” Cecil said.

Police said when they arrived, about a dozen people at the show took off running. No injuries have been reported.

The venue is owned by Live Nation, and the Ace of Spades referred reporters to the company, which has yet to respond. Police also reportedly told workers nearby to clear the area.

At least one helicopter was deployed; police estimated the crowd at 1,200, according to the Sacramento Bee.

“The block was pretty lit last night. Maybe 20 plus police cars came by there. And people were coming out of Ace of Spades,” Daniel Kintz, who works next door at Shady Lady Saloon, told FOX40.
