ISLINGTON, UK (CelebrityAccess) — AEG cleaned up at this year’s Outstanding Attitude Awards, with its British Summer Time Festival and the SSE Arena Belfast taking home honors.
British Summer Time Hyde Park won awards for Ticketing Without barriers and the Customer Service Award, while the SSE Arena won the award for Best Venue over 500 Capacity.
The Oustanding Attitude Awards comprise of 10 categories and is intended to celebrate innovation and best practice across the music industry when it comes to making live music accessible for Deaf and disabled music fans.
The winners are selected by an independent panel of music fans, artists, journalists and other industry experts from a wide-ranging shortlist, with the award recipients announced on 12 March at an accessible ceremony at Islington Assembly Hall.
Other award recipients this year include the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society, which won the Big Ambition Award, and the Tech Innovation Award, which went to SoundSense.
