LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) Vans Warped Tour founder Kevin Lyman has tweeted that he is in a hospital. Further information is unavailable other than Lyman mentions that, upon wrapping the final Warped tour, he is now teaching and that seemed to be, at least humorously, a factor.
“37 years of hard charging in the music business and it to [sic] only two weeks of teaching to put me in the hospital. Seriously take care of yourselves we are not invincible!” his tweet reads.
Lyman is currently teaching classes at the University of Southern California as an associate professor at the Thornton School of Music.
