ST. MARTIN, Mass. (CelebrityAccess) Todd Harrell, one of the founding members of 3 Doors Down, is behind jail again after guns and drugs were found in his Mississippi home.

Harrell, the band’s original bass player, was arrested Friday at his St. Martin’s home, Jackson County Sheriff Mike Ezell said in a press release. Authorities say they were responding to an alarm and when they arrive, Harrell’s wife said the couple had a dispute that turned physical. Sheriff’s deputies saw guns and drugs in the home, got a search warrant, and Harrell was arrested.

The bassist is facing a charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance and domestic violence simple assault, according to the Associated Press.

Harrell served two years in prison for causing a deadly crash in Nashville in 2013. Harrell was speeding at 101 mph near Heritage when he clipped a pickup truck, sending it over a guard rail and killing 47-year-old Paul Shoulders Jr. Harrell was found to have alprazolam and oxycodone in his system, according to The Tennessean.
