LONDON, UK (CelebrityAccess) – Iconic Canadian rock band Glass Tiger has announced their return to the UK for the first time in 27 years to play a pair of rare concert dates.
The announcement coincides with the band’s 30th anniversary and follows the release of their latest album, â31â, which includes two new songs and re-imagined recordings of all their hit singles.
The band, who is best known for their 1986 UK Top 40 single “Don’t Forget Me (When I’m Gone)” and 1991’s “My Town” ft. Rod Stewart, includes original members Alan Frew on vocals and guitar, Sam Reid on keyboards, Al Connelly on guitar, and Wayne Parker on bass, in addition to long-time drummer Chris McNeill who joined in 2000.
Glass Tiger is currently scheduled to perform at University of London Union on October 19th and at Rockingham Festival at Nottingham Trent University on October 21st.
