ALBANY, NY (CelebrityAccess) — Atlanta-based rap group Migos is facing a lawsuit alleging they incited a riot during a concert in 2015 that left six people injured with stab wounds.

According to the Albany Times-Union, the operators of the Washington Avenue Armory filed the suit against Migos alleging that the band created a volatile situation after they arrived late, apparently intoxicated and did not honor planned meet & greets with fans.

The suit alleges that the band further inflamed the situation from the stage by inciting the crowd to violence.

“During the defendants’ performance, the defendants encouraged fans to fight, ‘give them hell’ and kick ass,” stated the lawsuit filed by the Albany Basketball & Sports Corporation, the parent organization of the Armory, according to the Times-Union.

“Rather than attempting to dissuade the crowd from fighting, Migos and/or their agents, servants, and employees were heard encouraging, cheering and inciting the patrons to fight,” said the lawsuit. “As a result of the defendants’ actions, a brawl erupted and numerous patrons were injured.”

Both Migos, and the Armory are also facing a suit from concert-goer who claims he sustained severe facial injuries in the brawl.

Migos consists of Quavious Keyate Marshall (known as Quavo), Kirshnik Khari Ball (Takeoff) and Kiari Kendrell Cephus (Offset). Their hits include “Bad and Boujee” and “Fight Night.”

Migos’s management could not be reached immediately.
