LAS VEGAS (CelebrityAccess) — Sir Elton John walked off stage during a show on Thursday night, apparently after being annoyed by an unruly fan.
In a video obtained by TMZ.com, John can be seen playing his classic hit ‘Saturday Night’ when the incident occurred. According to TMZ, he typically allows fans to join him on stage and gather around his piano while he performs ‘Saturday Night.’
In the video, a fan can be seen to repeatedly attempt to obtain a high-five from Elton, sticking his hand in front of the Rocket Man’s face, and touching his arm. Elton appears to say something (‘fuck off’ to our untrained eye) several times before standing up mid-song and walking off stage.
Fortunately for the audience, Elton returned to the stage shortly thereafter, but not before telling the audience they had lost their fan interaction privileges.
“No more coming on stage on ‘Saturday Night.’ You fucked it up,” he told the crowd.
