(CelebrityAccess) — Live-event production company NVE Experience Agency announced the acquisition of The Future Party, a community-based media platform aimed at delivering live experiences, cultural programming, and editorial content.
Founded in 2012 by Boye Fajinmi, Francis Pollara, Layne Button, Paul Yurick, and Steven Haddadian as a networking platform for Millenials and Generation Z professionals, The Future Party has developed into an interactive forum allowing its 10,000 members across North America to collaborate and network within the worlds of entertainment, music, media, tech, fashion and art.
Future Party produces various events aimed primarily at Millennial and Gen Z creators in the U.S., including monthly dinners, parties, salons, and branded activations, along with editorial content, including short-form podcasts and videos distributed via newsletter and social media.
NVE senior leadership, including Founder & President, Brett Hyman, will provide consultation and other assistance to fuel TFP’s growth, including brand development, event production, and financing to expand their media capabilities with content such as live video.
NVE will leverage the TFP acquisition by providing their brand influence clients access to The Future Party network and media platform.
The Future Party will join the NVE network of companies including Treehouse Fabrication and Scenic launched in 2017.
“We believe culture and community are fundamental elements that must be integrated into effective experiential programs. The Future Party will function as NVE’s unique platform to help our partners better create community and connect to the people and organizations that shape our society,” Brett Hyman said.
The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
